LYNEAR Wealth Management (LWM), licensed by the SEC, manages investments in listed equities, fixed income securities, and external unit trusts. Other services are handled by LYNEAR Partners, which is not regulated by the SEC.
Non-listed securities such as government securities, repurchase agreements, bank and finance company deposits, commercial papers, unlisted debentures and securitizations are not regulated by SEC.
LWM directors might have directorships in other firms. LWM may also manage portfolios of its directors, employees, their close relations, and related parties.
